So the only improvement you will get by switching to something more powerfull is an amount of time for data transfer and alignment. I do not know if Wi-Fi in newer iPads is anyway better but I doubt it is much better than in 2020 models. The only way to transfer data fast is to be as close with your iPad to a camera as...

You can create walkable 3D redendered spaces for real estate - for promotion or also for AEC (with MP Notes) 4. I got one in almost brand new condition for AU$575 I have been hoping to get Samsung Fold(1st generation) just for its big 7" screen when unfolded but it is $400 more for used and they are usually in bad condition even for that price. As far as I know that these two are only two from older models that come with 12GB of RAM.
