How much does the app cost?
There is a one-time setup cost of 1500 credits to get the full white-label app. This covers your one-on-one app onboarding process and all future updates that we release to the app!

Is there a monthly charge or contract?
No.

What do I need to get started?
If you want the white-label app for your business, there are a few requirements you'll need to meet so we can begin.
You'll need to have the following:​
​- A Dunbar D-U-N-S number (if you don't have one we can help you get one)
- Business Legal Entity Status of an LLC or Corporation
- Scanned Images of Your Driver's License
- 1500 Credits on your HDPhotoHub account (Deducted when we begin the configuration process with your business, not when you sign up for your call)

What is the team member and business owner experience?
The team member and business owner experience is limited at this time. We expect the functionality to be enhanced in future versions but can only promise functionality up to what is currently available. You and your team members can see your Daily Shoot Schedule view when you log in. You'll also be able to search and access client accounts to see the app as if you were that client. Order editing, business configuration, etc., are currently unavailable in the mobile app.
