I had someone bring to my attention that Zillow's new photography/3D company, ShowingTime+, has taken the market away on top real estate producers by packaging services. Someone at zillow told me "they offer 3D that way better than matterport" Really? https://youtu.be/I_cGtiOysU0 Let me know what is happening in your area and I will share things as they get released Nov and December. |

| I compiled a review of all the active residential listings in the area south of San Jose a few months back. I looked at all the listings with 3D tours. Of the listings with tours, only 10% (three at the time!) had Zillow 3D Home Tours, and I don't recall that any of those three were bundled with ShowingTime services. I have seen ShowingTime media on only a small handful of properties in the past 6 months. The area I survey is about 25 miles south of San Jose and the megalopolis that runs up to San Francisco. Maybe there are not enough listings to market to down here. I've seen up to 184 listings down to currently a low of 79. San Jose shows 225 active listings now. These numbers are lower than the past two year at this time. |
