| Hello everyone, I have been a Matterport user since 2016 but quit making virtual tours. I haven't followed the last new camera trends and noticed a lot has changed since 2019. At the moment I am working as an independent real estate agent. Floor plans and measurements are very important for me. Can you advice me a technique or camera which can help me making floor plans and or measure a house in a very quick and efficient way? Thank you in advance! Bart |

| Zillow 3D Home is free and very quick for floorplan delivery. I use the Ricoh Theta Z for photographing these. During the week, I’m amazed at how quickly they turn floorplans around. They are not as “pretty” as Matterport’s and some others, but they are usually sufficient for the task, and you can’t beat the price! | ||

| I like Cubicasa for making floor plans, it’s easy, cheap and can be done with your cell phone. Their floor plans are pretty accurate. | ||

| Some of these services measure squares of rooms that may include walkways and closets. I would verify the wall measurements on your own. Cubicasa has a 6 hour turn around you can pay for. Zillow floor plan do not include door swings and cabinetry like you see on the upgraded Cubicasa option. | ||
