| Is anyone else having a difficult time resolving issues with MP Tech Support recently? In the past, I was able to speak with an actual technical person and not a call center rep in the Philippines. Is there another phone number or email to bypass the call centers?. Thanks! |

| Yep I faced this issue over the last few days. Absolutely frustrating to say the least. I ordered a floor plan on the 5 th of April and received it only this morning. 8 days after which was ridiculous. They never bothered to call and let me know issues with the process until I called and complained twice over 2 days. Then I get an email stating that my plan has issues and asked me to copy the link and send it to Matterport. I called in again yesterday and told them that this was not acceptable and why should I send the link when they have acces to it. I think they are going to loose clients over this. If they persist with this attitude they may go the way of companies like blackberry, the moment a viable competitor comes along | ||
