Have any of you done a property scan with multiple buildings that can't be joined? If so how did you figure out the pricing and cost for the extra model? I have an idea but I figured I would ask since this is all new to me and half the time I'm too high up on the scale of cost and per sq ft quoting. Thanks for consideration.

I did this shoot in 1 day with 3 scans. I planned on 1 big scan of the house. When I looked up tax and a previous listing I learned about more square footage with guest rooms and garage size. I ended up pricing at my base and added my price per square foot after. Charging each scan at its base price would have gone over their budget. Luxe Las Vegas Ranch
