| Hi Everyone. After scanning a with any current matterport subscription, with a Pro3 camera, after processing the scan and publishing it, can this tour be transferred to a classic account holder? Sorry if its been asked before. Thanks! |

| Such a stupid, arbitrary decision. We have a Pro1 Camera (which sits on a shelf as a paperweight), two Pro2's and a Pro3, and yet we've only done 2 jobs with our Pro3 so far because of the hosting issue and inability to transfer. This is making is very difficult to collaborate with other MSPs. Matterport... you can be very clever on this issue... I'd be willing to pay upwards of $10 per model for Pro3 Models to be transferred to a classic account. If it didn't have to be a Pro3 model then I'd stick with the Pro2 camera but then it would allow me more business with the Pro3 model. It's been ridiculous when another MSP asks you to help them out to scan something to transfer to their account and you have to have this discussion about what hosting plan they're on. |
