| a broker deleted an agents' 20+ matterports. In the past I was able to retrieve them but now the broker is telling me matterport can restore them. Is that the way it is now? TIA | ||

| Matterport says officially that they can’t. Best practice is to Deactivate (not delete). Often Matterport can do what they say that they can’t . Would be interested in knowing the “real” answer to this as well. Keith |

| Years ago they did offer that.As you all know they have gone another way and want more money then giving good service to the people that made this company. I now use iGuide as well just just for that reason. Also No monthly subscription fee. | ||
