| It is interesting to note that "The Terms of Use" were updated Dated October 1, 2022, also but they do not list that in the email. Here is a link to the December 17, 2021 Terms of Use Here is a link to the October 1, 2022 Terms of Use One of the big things noticed is that they changed the "Cloud Subscription Agreement"("CSA"  to "Platform Subscription Agreement" (“PSA”). The CSA not longer exists in the Terms of Service.Just starting to look through this. Will post updates as I get through the documents. |

| @frstbubble this is amazing. They say that we now own the data of our work. And when you delete a tour they don't keep it on their servers and your customers' data is not saved and deleted. Wonder what the PSA and CSA difference means from a legal aspect, talking about legal do we know what happened to the civil lawsuit against Matterport? Find it also interesting how many times they have made changes to their T&C. Wonder why they are protecting themselves, or the ants on the ground that actually built their company. The ants on the ground, who Matterport sales team still keeps on scarping the virtual tours and contacting our customers directly. |
