| I have a classic plan and I have not worked with the new plans. I understand that you can have infinite spaces processed in offline mode and only some active online (those allowed by each plan) I Ask: 1-When I have an offline space, how is the process in the dashboard to place it online? a simple checkbox? 2-When I "turn it on" is it immediately online or does it take some time? 3-If the same space is "turned off" and "turned on" does it use the same matterport id or url? | 1 - Yes you click Activate Space from a drop down menu beside your model. 2 - Yes it's immediately. 3 - Yes sme url. |

| There are no offline spaces on classic accounts. If you have a space there it is counted no matter if it is private or public sharing. The same applies to new plans but if a space has been archived it is not active and it is not counted. | ||
