I got my first 5 Star Review yesterday and was completely thrilled. This was a cold call (walk-in) customer with a small gym. He was reluctant at first, but was able to comprehend GSV and 360 after I explained it. After reading about the importance of follow-up, I reach out to him to ask how things were going and included a feedback link. I did respond, but didn't have enough room to show it in its entirety. And like the first dollar bill a business receives, then frames – I think I’ll do the same with this.  |
