	Redfin eBlast received Wednesday, 24 August 2022 \| Image 1 \| Note Purple Text: "3D WALKTHROUGH" --- Redin Screen Grab \| Image 2 \| Got this Redfin webpage when I clicked on the purple text "3D WALKTHROUGH" on the Redfin eBlast Above (Please see Image 1) Note two options in bottom left of house image: "3D Walkthrough" and "Street View" --- Redfin Screen Grab \| Image 3 \| Note the Matterport tour within a Redfin propriety Player that includes: 1. Click to explore this 3D space 2. Top Menu: Photos \| 3D Walkthrough \| Street View Note: I was not fast enough to screen grab "powered by Matterport" which disappears from below "Click to explore this 3D space" ... I could imagine that Redfin received permission from Matterport to "time-out" this branding after about a second. Note: No photographer credit --- Hi All, Nice to see this Redfin deep integration of Matterport. Would be nice if they included a credit to the photographer. Your thoughts? Dan

I know the MLS here in New York State doesn't like the branding of the photographers, but there are ways to let it be known on Zillow, which does flash the photographer's name for a second on the left upper corner of the 3D tour. Also if the agent using a slideshow of images as a virtual tour (yeah I know), then you can add your brand somewhere.

I'm impressed how Redfin makes it easy to access images, Streetview & the 3D tour at the top of the fold of the page. Zillow shows it too, and Realtor has the icons a little smaller. I am auditing any known real estate website and looking for who makes finding the virtual tour impossible if not harder. When I am done, I'll share what real estate sites are tech savvy and which are not!

This is a listing I made a while back, where I first saw how Redfin displays. This one is still for sale ($2.5 million homes here don't sell as fast).
