I think it all depends on market. If it is buyers' market with plenty of properties to choose from listings with bad photos most likely to be ignored by some buyers. However in sellers' market where buyers have just few to inspect most will still go and inspect property no matter how bad photos are. I would call an agent a professional if they are consistent and do not cut corners depending on whether it is easy to sell or not. BTW, it is a weird article... it says it was published in May 2022 but people comments are from 2019. |
