| Has anyone spent any time looking into the Home Measurement Specialist Certification. It appears to be directed towards Appraisers and Real Estate Agents (Which I am - never use) for floor plans. Curious if anyone persued the courses and got a better way of presenting Floor Plans we get from all our different software options. Many of these programs such as CubiCasa, Matterport and others tend to have far different numbers when it comes to tax records, total square footage and sometimes room sizes that fail to match what the agents previous listing page or office blue print shows.  |
