| Good afternoon! a week ago I taught a newbie at work how to shoot matterport. At the same time, I advised him to create a free matterport account and use the free plan. imagine my surprise when he shared with me a link to the space. I double-checked it, but it had a free plan. how can this be??? Looked for the answer in matterport, but did not find. Can you help me understand how long this link is valid for? is it possible to create free accounts for clients and thus give them virtual tours for which they will not pay? | ||

| @GETMYVR I agree the smartphone capturing even with AXIS is not that good at all. Also lately I have also seen so many problems when scanning, alignment issues and broken artefacts and speed of transfers, processing taking up to 12 hours. Also a lot of spray in tours, and yes I know how to do markings. With each update Matterport is just getting worse. Lastly who wants to pay these hosting fees? They will soon enough have to go to rethink their business again. |

| @ahojman good point , so if you Capture with the AXIS you can just create unlimited accounts , but they will 10 - 1 put in something in the app that will restrict that. We just need someone clever enough to hack a rotator that it works with mobile without AXIS, problem solved, ah these modern day problems. |
