Hi

i host approx. 710 spaces. I'm on classic plan. I wanted to archive some models and make some inactive.
Found out that feature is not available on classic plans. Others with large spaces what are you doing to save them , as i don't want to Delete as many request come in after a few years and then i can invoice for hosting the tour after that. Suggestions

Screen Grab: Matterport eBlast for Matterport Classic Cloud Account

@Harrycayman

WGAN has a Matterport Classic Cloud Account too.

One option (see above) is $19 more per month for 50 additional spaces.

Does that help?

Dan

My understanding is that it only looks at ACTIVE models.
I created an archive folder and place inactive models into that. They can be reactivated if necessary.

I have the same case and the classic plan does not allow deactivation only delete.
Fortunately, you can already make a backup on your tablet or on any drive and save it there, and you will have it back when you want it again.

I went over limit more than a month ago. So I am paying extra $19 for extra 50 spaces. However I am receiving constant emails from Matterport like Dan has posted. Before I thought moving to a new limit is permanent. However these constant reminders look like Matterport is happy to take extra $19 for extra 50 models off as soon as an account goes back under the previous limit.

As for archiving, I am simply paying for a classic account and a pro one from new plans and I am moving retired models to a new one for archiving.

The mails seem to come once you go over 90. They may stop if you go under that.
