| I'm trying to add Gus w/Inspirational Views as a collaborator on a few models and I've cleared cache, used 3 different browsers ... hmmm.. anyone else had this happen? WHY? Thanks in advance for your assistance. Lisa |

| @lisahinson Gus has a Matterport Camera. It is likely that he has a Matterpirt account. Create a gmail account for him and try that. Once an email address is associated with a Matterport account, it can not be used to collaborate with another Pro. Dan |

| He gave me a gmail account also but it must also be on his acct. Glad to know that is probably the glitch. THank you Dan!!! | ||

| I have a second account that has been used by other pros to add me as a Collaborator on their models. If I understand @DanSmigrod correctly I will need an email account for each Matterport Service Provider who wants to add me as a Collaborator. Please confirm or correct. Thanks Gus |
