| I think one of the real key differentiators that makes Matterport such a superior platform, is that there's more than one scan and reference points in any room when professionally scanned by a Matterport pro like us. I see a lot of local matterport 3D tours where there's a bare minimum of scans in every room, and for the average Joe or Julie home buyer, they really don't know the difference... Until they stumble across a 2000 square foot home with the basement scanned and 99 scan points. It's an entirely different experience. And I think that's maybe why I switched from Zillow 3D home to just telling my agents to stick to the Matterport 3D tour, because it appears front and center in any Zillow listing, and puts people inside their future home as if they're really there. |

| @GETMYVR I still offer both Zillow and Matterport and it's not uncommon for me to shoot both on a listing. While yes a Matterport, or a couple other 360 tours can be added to Zillow. Listings with a Zillow 3D home tour on Zillow get better placement. While Matterport is the superior quality tour both platforms have their place. Of the agents I work with that use Matterport their favorite feature is the ability to download the tour via showcase for offline use for listing presentations where wifi or cellular service may be spotty For the budget minded agents The Zillow 3D home tour does pack a lot of "bang for the buck" and I do not mind shooting them as it's less time on site & decent margins for me as there is no overhead for said tours |

| @DanSmigrod the ability to be able to charge for the floor plan will greatly depend on them being able to consistently deliver the floor plans repeatedly in a timely manner ~ the few homes I was able to shoot the floor plans for when this was up and running earlier this year homes were often under contract before plans were available ~ taking on average 2 to 3 weeks to come back with the floor plan ~ It will be a matter of time before one of these companies gets the right AI to create the floor plans right from the tour data |

| @DanSmigrod Dan, you are coming through with the goods here again! I just checked out the site for this service. Some very tantalizing offers! For $57, they will perform the video editing on clips for a video up to a total of 6 minutes! I just spent several hours producing something very similar to the video samples on their website. This could be a game-changer for me. Since I see that you are interviewing them on Thursday, is this a new WGAN partner company? Question for you to ask during Thursday's interview: "Can I take their finished product (MP4 file), drop it into my video editor and add some additional tweaks like more moving graphic titles, end card, etc.? And then upload it again to their site? That would provide some optional changes, too, while a property is listed. Some observations: FIRST VIDEO ORDER IS FREE!!! Can't beat that!... Get a free single-page website ($15 value) with a video order ($57) or 2D floorplan ($25). Their color 2D floorplan at $25 beats Matterport's 2D black and white at $19.99 Second question to ask during your interview: I notice that the home page for the company shows a color 2D picture (second from top in the Floor Plan Services section) that has a camera icon in each room. Please inquire if that is linking to a photo or a single 360 panorama. I will watch for your interview and transcript! Thank you again for bringing consistent value to your members! |
