| Quick question folks, how many of you good folk have heard or read about out of warranty Matterport pro2 cameras being replaced despite being out of warranty? Not too long ago I read here about a vendor in Australia who was told his camera would be replaced despite the warranty expiration. The only problem was how to get the camera to the U.S. Anyone else come across a similar discussion in other forums? T.I.A. Shawn P. |

| @Shawn_P In the WGAN Forum, I have read about Matterport replacing out-of-warranty Matterport Pro2 3D Cameras when Matterport felt it was a defect in the camera (and they were eager to get the camera back to see the problem (so that it would not happen again). I do not recall the specific WGAN Forum posts or problem that Matterport was addressing. Does that help? Dan |
