When I transfer 360 panoramas from Matterport to Google streetview through MP's interface and my name appears on that 3D tour, or panorama on Google maps, is that now my property and I own the copyright? One step further, do I own the 360 panoramas that I create with my matterport camera with the Matterport interface? |

For Google you have probably granted them full rights. Photos that you create from a MP tour should normally be your copyright. If a client wants to use images, I point out that the copyright is mine but I grant them rights to use those images for marketing and social media use. |

Google respects copyright law. In fact they do not show who it belongs on google maps, they just display text "Images may be subject to copyright" However in embed version of GSV or business inside view they display a photographers name or their business name. Have a look at the bottom right corner of the following GSV on my street. Could not convert link Sorry the link https://goo.gl/maps/gKFRPUf7SqMJgmKB9 does not work for now |

Have a look at the following thread https://www.wegetaroundnetwork.com/topic/14941/page/1/affordable-way-to-showcase-golf-courses--huge-outdoor-business-on-maps/ I have 2 blue lines shown there and each displays "©Wingman Media" |
