| As in typical attorney style, trying to bury the issue with long drawn out explanations of why the motion to dismiss should be granted. It's plain as day to everyone who owns one of these cameras to what Matterport did chasing up with our customers. They are guilty as heck. Trying to take our customers while they were saying that they were going to hand out business to us. In all the years that I have owned 2 Matterport Cameras, I have never received a non paying referral from them let alone a paying referal. | ||

| Little off-topic, but in this morning's MP 'new features' webinar, they stated a $700 off price for Pro 1 owners to buy a Pro 2, through the end of November. This, plus the current $400 off price for the Pro 2 on Adorama, pretty clearly add up to the release of a Pro 3 next year. Gotta unload the old stuff. |

| One thing I will say about this case. We won the lottery with the judge. This judge is very tech savvy. Recently for an antitrust case with google and oracle he actually taught himself to program JavaScript. I am excited to think in the very near future a judge will have his hands on a Matterport to decide if their camera is as easy to use as they claim. | ||
