Agents can showcase both their own Matterport tours and any others available in the MLS and other real estate sites, as AgentRelay only requires the public URL of the Matterport tour to launch an agent-accompanied viewing of the space. AgentRelay also helps agents with lead generation, as it registers anyone wishing to view the agent's Matterport tours without agent involvement. The agent is notified immediately when someone registers to either view the tour or agrees to register within the tour, allowing them to follow up with the lead, a big difference to how this works with the native Matterport experience.
