Myself and some other classic users were invoiced again for our classic plan today [1 October 2020]. The credit cards were not ran. So I’m hoping there’s a glitch.

If you were billed, please protect yourself and take a moment to e-mail Accounts Receivable e-mail on your bill today voice a concern so they can address the issue.

Thanks for the heads up!

We Get Around was incorrectly invoiced (above). Our annual billing cycle is June 30th to June 29th.

The invoice also incorrectly says we have a Pro2 Lite (not the case).

As of 8 am EDT today, Friday, 2 October 2020, our Amex card was NOT charged.

I could imagine we will see an eBlast later today acknowledging the problem; that credit cards were not charged and that they are dealing with the error.

If/when I receive this eBlast, I will post here too.

@DanSmigrod would you offer your clients two different prices for matterport tours. One taken with a Z1 or another with a Pro2 3D?

Isn't higher quality typically more expensive, with everything in life.

I'm realizing I'm paying over $3,000 in annual Matterport hosting with all the add-on fees.

As of 4:30 pm EDT today (Friday, 2 October 2020), I have not received an eBlast from Matterport discussing the bill that I received today.

I could imagine some Matterport employees are having a bad hair day and will (eventually) send us an eBlast.

I'm not worried about getting charged.

I'm more worried if this glitch is related to some plans - software update - for Matterport to end Matterport Classic pricing (Yikes!)
