Matterport Legacy (Classic) Basic plan: Includes all processing?13150

Hello quick question on Legacy basic subscription.
At origin I think it was $49 US per month with 3 model free per month then $19 US per model.
Now seems only $49 US per month and no fees for new model, just to be in the 100 active.
So if I make 10 in one month, will only pay $49 US
Am I correct ?

No.

According to the Matterport Price list for Classic Cloud Plans (for Matterport customers whom signed up before 9 May 2019 (like you):

Matterport Basic - USD$49/month - includes up to three spaces processed at no charge.

Matterport Processing charges:

Test: 1-2 scans - no charge
Standard: 3-100 scans: USD $19
Large: 101 or more scans: USD $38

So, if you make 10 Matterport models in one month:

Base: $49 for the month
3 processed at no charge
7 processed at $19 each = $133
That's $182 for that month.

interesting.Because recently I gave to a subcontractor all my scans (he has new plan) then he transfered spaces each time and I had no fees.
For example in one months he did 10 tours and transfered to me, I had to pay only $49, so I haven't been invoiced $19
So in case of volume the best setup is to get the old basic classic plan along basic new plan (I think the smallest is professionnal at $69)

By the way, we typically use WP3D Models WordPress Plugin to share Matterport spaces because you can substitute a different Matterport model without the URL changing. (For example, you give a Matterport space to client and then reprocess the model to get a better trim which causes the URL to change.)

Dear Joel Escallier,

We wanted to inform you about an upcoming change regarding 360 camera usage in your legacy (classic) cloud plan.

Although we announced processing prices for 360 camera spaces last year, we have not enforced it for your plan until now. Starting October 1st, 2020, Matterport will charge processing fees for spaces captured with compatible 360 cameras used in the Classic Cloud Plans.

Newer Matterport cloud plans do not include processing fees. If you would like to avoid processing fees, please upgrade your account to one of these newer plans. Questions? Please visit the support page or contact our support team support@matterport.com.
