I have just checked and it seems it is still offered for free as "included in your subscription for a limited time"

@Wingman

That's great news. Thanks for sharing!

Hi All,

Take advantage of the $19 per tour savings per model to publish to Google Street View.

Correct me if I'm wrong but google Street view only hosts business, venues, locations and the like. Not something that I can do with a residential property?

And, so far as I can tell, if you publish one Matterport tour, you are automatically eligible for "Google Trusted" photographer. Because most tours have at least 50 scans and street view sees each scan as a separate image. Well, that's how it worked for me.

@Virtual_Homey, I think that's right. They don't make it crystal clear and you do have to search to get the right info. But, yes, it's a privacy issue. And the real problem is, even if you use it for a real estate listing (home) just to sell, it can be hard to "purge" the photos after the home is sold. So, yes, from what I gather, ok for public spaces and commercial real estate.

@Virtual_Homey you may not post residential property, with that been said if it is a demonstration property that is not been lived in you can put that on Google Street View. Fitness areas common areas in apartment complexes can also be put on Google Street View.

Yea, that's what I thought. It's for the best, it's just that I don't have many tours other than homes! I wish I could take advantage of the offer.

The short answer is yes.
