Hi everyone, I have a question about Matterport hosting. In 2018 I created an Unlimited Internal account, I didn't use this plan at all, I had an account, but I didn't have a camera. For this plan, I want to buy the Pro plan and the MC250 camera now, but Matterport refuses to agree and wants to close my Unlimited account. They claim I can't have their internal account. And they will be closing them all. And I wanted to do hosting on the Internal account from a Pro account. Why are they preventing me from doing this? |

@Joana How did you buy it? Never seen the unlimited account. How much you will be charged every year for this unlimited account. Can you use it to process showcase? And how much you pay for each process? You don't need Pro2 camera to test it. Use camera on your iPhone or iPad with new Matterport capture APP, you can login your account to have a try. I think if you pay for it always and you can use it to process, then there is no reason for Matterport to disable it. If it is a working account, unlimited account is worth a lot now. |
