@DanSmigrod - Thanks again for the content!I wonder if you have any content about marketing this construction documentation service. Specifically . . . - How can I identify good prospects (contractors outside my market who build within my market)? - Is this a viable source of business in a market like mine (rural, low population, low density, more agricultural/less industrial, hot residential construction, slow commercial construction)? |

@johnwheatley Thanks for asking. If you are interested in construction documentation, I highly recommend that you watch these three WGAN-TV Live at 5 shows: ✓ Transcript: WGAN-TV How Matterport Pros can $$$$$ Scanning for "As-Builts" ✓ Transcript: WGAN-TV-How to Make Money with Weekly Construction Documentation ✓ Transcript: WGAN-TV Matterport Digital Twins for Facilities Management ✓ WGAN Forum Discussions Tagged: AEC Regarding tactics for identifying good prospects (contractors outside my market who build within my market), I do not have an answer for that. I could imagine that you will know it when you see it such as commercial national brand space in your market. It's likely that you will be the best to determine which niche to focus on. If you can help a client: ✓ make money ✓ save money (save travel) ✓ save time (time is money) ... you will have best potential to make money. Again, if you have interest in the construction documentation, As-Builts and Facilities Management for companies with local project (but national office elsewhere), then please watch these three WGAN-TV Live at 5 shows. Best, Dan |
