Video: Interior, all-ambient virtual tour using a DSLR (no flash) | Video courtesy of Nathan Cool YouTube Channel | 4 July 2020

From the Nathan Cool YouTube Channel:

"Learn how to quickly create an ambient-only 360 virtual tour using a DSLR. This builds on my last video (the outside 360 tour using a DSLR). This is an intermediate option that has better results than a portable 360 camera, but not quite the level as using flash, which will be covered in future videos."

No doubt it provides much better quality & clarity. However it requires so much time to shoot and process. Considering it is for RE agents to pay for a tour it can be really hard to sell covering all the time spent. That even without doing bracketed shots which will add more time to capture, merge and post process. And as a killer to this method it will take time to make a tour from them.

If agents are not chasing Matterport tours which can be made cheap and fast what are the chances they will jump on something much more expensive?

I know that most 360 degree photographers are charging about $100 for a 360 created with a DSLR/mirrorless. Even a small 4 bdr house can have 10-15 hotspots, that comes to $1000-1500 per a tour without any walkthrough, providing only jumps from one hotspot to another.

What do you think Dan, in terms whether it is possible to sell to REA?
