The link is broken... but if you edit it you can make it work. This looks like it could be used to archive jobs off your iOS device onto PC storage. |

Great article. I use iMazing but haven't used it to its fullest potential. here is a youtube tutorial using iMazing to move and store models.

Couldn't you use iTunes/iCloud? Quote: Originally Posted by Atriux |

Wow! This works. I was able to copy stuff off and then copy it back on. When you open the Capture app it rebuilds the local database. So the key is to open up the GUID folders (Apps>Capture>jobs) and look at the floorplan image to figure out what model it is. Then on the computer create a folder such as 1May2020-Client-Address Copy the GUID folder to that folder. That way you know what it is. Delete it from the capture app. If/when you want to restore it, copy the GUID folder back to the Jobs folder. I have not tried copying to a different iPad yet, but I'm pretty sure it will work. Right now I'm getting jobs off of my iPad Mini 5 that I don't use for MP anymore. Beyond me why MP can't make an app for this.... SMH. |

I was able to move a model with the instructions above, from one device to another. Opened up just fine on the iPad Pro.

@Expertise - maybe... but Apple tends to not enable jailbreaking their data ecosystem. they'd rather sell you cloud backup.

See if iMazing will work on your Mac. The PC version works great.
