| I'm a Windows User using Imazing with Ipad Pro (2019). Past Client hits me up for a smaller version of his Matterport from over a year ago. Tour was originally shot on Ipad Air 2 that died months later. Matterport shows an updated (February 18, 2020) way to transfer files back and forth using IExplorer4 In this article I see the jobs folder needs to be transferred along with some files with DB in the name. In the past using Imazing, I would transfer files shown here on YouTube.. The capture App shows acknowledges the tour showing up with black thumbnail, along with proper names & date. But 0 scans or 360's. These are 800mg files when they transfer. Think there is an issue with new updates to app? Think I may have improperly saved the data to begin with? I don't recall files with DB in the name having to be saved in the past. Think I have an Imazing issue? Should I invest a few more bucks into Iexplorer4 to see if I get the same results? Getting a Mac is off the table at this time. Crazy to be 5 years into this and still having issues with backing up our work. |
