Hello,

I'm trying to set up my first EyeSpy 360 tour and am having trouble with fine tuning the way the donuts are linked and the placement of the arrows.

The help videos on EyeSpy do not really address this. Is there anyone with experience that could do a Zoom call with me for 10 minutes to tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks!

Hi @simaslowski - The WGAN offer includes us building the 360 Tour, 3D Model and Floor Plan for you, as such there is no need for you to link the donuts etc yourself. As such, we do not provide support for DIY use-age at this time.

@slmaslowski
You can fine-tune where the arrows are placed within the donuts by opening up the donut and then click & drag the arrows to the positions that you want.

@eyespy360 it's my understanding that the company is really behind, is that correct? And there is a fee per home for that, correct ($15.80)? Maybe I'm misunderstanding the offer.

@simaslowski - Sorry I don't understand what you mean by 'the company is really behind'? Could you expand.

The WGAN offer is a low monthly fee which offers full use of our features and hosting for unlimited tours. You then pay a processing fee of $15.80 which includes up to 20 Panos. You would pay 0.79 cents per pano for more than 20. This $15.80 includes the automated build of the tour, 3D model and floor plan for you.

Hence, as mentioned we do not provide support other than FAQ and Video for attempts at DIY, as there is no need to do it yourself :-)

@eyespy360, thank you for your fast response. I read in another thread that the turn around time for the automated build was taking longer than the 24 hours.

I'll submit the automated tour today and keep my fingers crossed for a fast turn around. I do understand there is a lot of demand for your company's services at this time. Thanks!

@slmaslowski EyeSpy360 turn-around on tour builds has been running less than 24 hours this past week and a half. The last one I just had done, was right at 18 hours.

And, just one person's observation, but if you can pay a tour build fee of a mere $15.80 (with just a click of their TaaS button!), which has ES build your tour, handle most all the navigation, plus gives you back a 2D floor plan, why in the world would you want to do it yourself?

When you get the finished tour back, you will have to check navigation and perhaps add a link or two. You may have to rename some rooms to suit your area and you will have to re-orient most of your view angles on the shots to be more "strategic", but for $15.80 (just less than 12 minutes at my standard shop rate of $80/hour), I don't want to mess with that portion of the work flow.

I mean, don't get me wrong, I can do all the work myself as well - I just have better things to do when I am busily trying to finish up a work order for a client, because there are so many other things to do.
