| I'm new to virtual tours. Was going to get membership at Matterport. My worry is this: I shoot/map a space using a camera and the Matterport app, then go to upload them, only to find out a few hours later that there was a problem.... specifically: 1. What's the worst case scenario: is it possible I shoot a space, upload, then I get an error message hours later saying the tour couldn't be processed? Or it comes back as a black screen? Or is the worst that can happen some little glitches in alignment, but one can still navigate through the space? In other words, does the Matterport always return "something", and is always usable, but the usability may vary from excellent to average? Can it ever return nothing or a black screen, or an error message? |

| I have been shooting for quite a few years now & I have yet to EVER have a model fail to process And this has ben my experience with all of the Camera's I own. Pro1's, Pro2's, Insta360 One X, Theta V, & Theta Z1's |

| @rastas Yep if the capture app shows everything is cool the model should come out good. That does not mean that there is a certain amount of skill in getting a really good model. But it is basically idiot proof, I should know, I am an expert at idiot. | ||

| I'm pretty much a Matterport fanboy. The Pro2 is great hardware, and the processing is never a problem. If there is a glitch in your scan, it is probably due to a correctable mistake you made in the field. Matterport is by no means perfect, but user friendliness is on Apple level. |
