Re-scans not Updating MP4 Movie and GIF11505

| Hello. I had to go back to a job and do some rescanning. I rescanned a room and then in Workshop I hid the old scans. This took care of the first problem which was my leveler was visible on the counter the first time around. However now that I have updated the tour when trying to download the MP4 and GIF... they seem to be the old versions. How do I get these to update? Do I need to delete the old scans in the room instead of de-activating/hiding them and then after publishing will a new MP4 and GIF also be created? Thanks |

| @PropertyGuyCLT I would have done exactly has you did. Sounds like if you update the Matterport 3D tour, the .mp4 and .gif do not change. (I would not delete the old scans in the room instead of de-activating/hiding them. That said, since the above did not work, you might try duplicating the model first and then trying again with this tactic.) In the mean time, you might reach out to Matterport Support and see if they can help on this one. (Please let us know how they handle your request.) Note: Personally, I would say a better option for the video is to use the MatterVid service to convert the Matterport 3D Tour to a MatterVid. It's an automated process using the Matterport Highlight Reel. This does not solve the .GIF challenge. ✓ Free! | I have found the auto videos and anigifs to be useless recently. Starting and ending in odd places. Today I did a Porsche dealership and the anigif opens and ends at the doorway to a sales office! Previous scan of really beautiful offices chose to start in a coffee corner! | ||
