Mitigation Project Manager

Chicago Water & Fire Restoration is a family owned company looking to add to our rapidly growing team. We are seeking an individual to join our team as a Mitigation Project Manager. This individual will be responsible for not only preforming site inspections but setting up and leading crews through the job. This person will also be responsible for documenting losses with state of the art Matterport cameras as well as scoping the damages and work needed to get the structure back to pre-loss conditions using, Xactimate (industry standard software system). TRAINING IS FULLY PROVIDED and you will never have to generate your own leads!

Responsibilities are:

✓ Serve as point person and first responder for water losses in the Chicagoland area—inspect properties damages such as, fire, water, mold
✓ Prepare a scope of work for the crew and client
✓ Secure applicable contract(s) and proper paperwork/documentation
✓ Act as a liaison with a variety of different customers (homeowners, business owners, property managers, insurance adjusters)
✓ Attend all appropriate company meetings
✓ Additional job related duties as required

Requirements are:

✓ Possess a positive attitude
✓ Strong sales ability
✓ Be within 60 minutes of the Elmhurst/Dupage County area
✓ Valid Driver’s license
✓ Work both regular as well as after business hours on a rotation
✓ 2+ years of previous technician experience in restoration industry (preferred)
✓ 1+ years of previous supervisory and/or sales in the restoration industry (preferred)
✓ IICRC, WRT/ASD and MRT a PLUS!
✓ Xactimate knowledge a PLUS!
✓ Ability to recognize and solve problems individually
✓ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✓ Self-Motivated, reliable

·Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record
