Matterport 3D Tour by Maine-based Dave Clough with Dave Clough Photography. Dave is a WGAN Member. WGAN Member Receives Media Coverage for Matterport 3D Tour of an Art Museum Hi All, WGAN Forum Member Dave Clough received this media coverage for a Matterport 3D Tour of the Center of Maine Contemporary Art in Rockland Skirting the Line Exhibition PressHerald.com (30 March 2020) Take a look behind CMCA’s virtual tour - We can't see the art in person, but photographer David Clough takes us through the galleries. "The exhibition was looking bright and beautiful. But for the second winter in a row, the Center of Maine Contemporary Art in Rockland had to turn people away instead of welcoming them in," reports the PressHerald.com "Last year, it was because of a water leak in the new building. This year, it’s the coronavirus." "In each instance, the gallery turned to Rockland [Maine] photographer David Clough to create virtual tours of the exhibitions that people couldn’t see. The 360-degree virtual tour of “Skirting the Line,” featuring the work of female painters, offers people the chance to view individual pieces of art from all angles, and as they appear on the wall and in context with other art throughout the gallery. The virtual tour also includes label copy," reports the PressHerald.com Congrats Dave! Dan |
