Dear Property Professional, A local listing Company is now launching Virtual Viewings. With government advice recommending social distancing and self-isolation, our new Virtual Viewings feature will allow you to remotely carry out viewings which, we know, are essential to your business. We are committed to doing whatever it takes to help you operate as efficiently as possible at this time. This new feature will allow you to do that whilst guaranteeing the safety of your team and your customers. We will be integrating with video conferencing software (Zoom) which will allow you to do a live video tour of a property, carry out a video chat with viewers or share your screen. By integrating it with our website we will be able to promote it heavily. A basic (free) Zoom account will be all you will need. |

I would suggest the paid ZOOM account as an option. If you look at the plan details, free plan meeting max at 40 minutes - the $15/mo plan (for as long as you need it) offers up to 24 hour meetings. So if an Agent plans on having a virtual open house for 3 hours consecutively, they need the upgraded plan. | ||

@3dshowcaseuk @GETMYVR WGAN-TV Live at 5 uses Zoom (paid account). I use it frequently for video chats. Please note: ✓ even with a paid Zoom account, if there is no activity for 40 minutes, the Zoom chat stops. ✓ on the free Zoom account, they have been waiving the 40 minute limit Dan |
