I am approaching my max space for tours (100) Is there any reason to keep old real estate tours after the house has sold? I know people archive their tours but why is that necessary for expired real estate tours? |

I would archive it if I could. You never know, may be the same property is going to be put for sale again and you'll have the scan ready.

I would delete it, but if you have enough room on your Ipad, keep the data there (IF the property eventually goes back on the market, there's a 1/1000 chance you might re-use the old tour - but to be honest, unless the house is empty both times and didn't change at all in between, that will never work).

SEO and social media pull. If you used them right while the property was for sale you got SEO for your website and by posting properly in social media you got traffic to them. Now that its sold you can strip the address and agent info and SEO optimize it at the matterport level, SEO and social media level. If you use wp3dmodels you definitely need to think before you delete. I have to go now but will write more later about this

@GlennTremain - Totally with Glenn on this one. Hold out and scrape the SEO purpose. How is your portfolio looking? Swapping out a not so fantastic apartment for another would me my first thought. Followed by what are agents advertising in the areas. Cabins? Lake Front? Mansion? Mega Mansion? Ranch Style? I have a tough time using the Matterport Portfolio that would show off a wooded area or beach front high rise on my site when I am clearly located in the desert. |
