I live in a semi-rural area, and have been offering Zillow 3D Home tours to local realtors. I am new to this, and have been having a difficult time getting traction. I have a workable website; a decent facebook page; I am Zillow certified; and I have been cold calling and trying to network. I am creating a new dynamic email and am slowly adding contacts by hand. I have done nine tours so far - which are the only ones on zillow for my area. There are hundreds of zillow listings without 3D Home Tours near me; and I have no competition. The realtors have been very satisfied with my work and have left great reviews on my Facebook page - it has taken a lot of work to get this far. Does anyone have any clever ideas to get this business moving. I can't be the only one. | ||

@Mungo Good job in finding a niche! I've had incredible resonance with my clients with the Zillow 3D Home - NOT because of the beautiful photography (it's not), but because of the advantages that it achieves. You need to sell it as a marketing boost / enhancer. Let them know that for 1 week, they have preferred search placement, the home gets extra email blast treatment, etc. Get the exact facts from your Zillow contact and pitch those without using the name "Zillow 3D Home". It's YOUR extra sauce! Make each of your clients feel like you are working on THEIR behalf to boost their presence. No realtor I know likes or trusts Zillow, so you can be the Zillow Sherpa for them. Best wishes, Keith |
