Error Message When Trying to Capture with Insta360 One X and Ricoh Theta V10146

 Hi All, I could use some help. I am receiving the same error message - (kErrorDomain-Matterport error 33.) - when trying to do Matterport Capture with either my Ricoh Theta V or Insta360 One X using either my iPad or iPhone. (I do have 3D Conversion Engine Plugin installed and enabled.) I double-checked that I have the most current version of the Matterport Capture iOS App (3.0.5). I DO see that the Ricoh Theta V is connected - in green text - on my iPad. I get the same error message attempting a 360º View or 3D Scan. I did also rewatch the Matterport videos: ✓ Video: How to pair Insta360 One X to Matterport ✓ Video: How to pair Ricoh Theta V/Z1 with Matterport It's been a while since I used either my Ricoh Theta V or Insta360 One X. Is it possible that I do not have the current firmware installed on either and that is the problem? Thanks in advance. Dan P.S. I was hoping to do a Matterport scan of my hotel room in London when I arrive tomorrow (Thursday, 19 September) for the 2019 Google Street View Summit next week. |

  I see there have been some Ricoh Theta V firmware updates since I used the camera last. Trying - unsuccessfully - to update the Ricoh Theta V firmware. Ugh! Dan |

 It may not let me update the firmware because it thinks that the battery is not charged sufficiently. Will charge it again. And, try to update the firmware on my Insta360 One X, in the mean time. Dan |
