How (and why) to mark mirrors as you do your Matterport scans

In the WGAN-TV Training U video (above) from the Course Watch Harlan Hambright do a Matterport scan of a Multi-Million Dollar Ocean-Front Home, you learn about how and why to mark windows as you do your Matterport scan (and what could go wrong if you don't).

When the camera sees a mirror, it thinks that there is an additional room. Even though you think you are scanning one room, the camera thinks that you are scanning two rooms. 

If you don't mark the window (within the Matterport Capture app mini-map), it's possible that you will get either bad alignment - the scan shows up in the wrong place - or no alignment. You'll think that you will need to scan again (and again, and again) wondering why the scans are not aligning. 

Once you mark the mirror and rescan, the scans will align.
