So what I think I'll do is make a copy of last year's file and then delete all but one of the scan points on the copy (and keep all of the 360 photos). Then when I arrive at the venue next month, I will begin taking new scans. After I make my first new scan I will delete that last old scan point that I didn't delete before. 3 monthsWingman (4339): I believe there should be no difference in alignment process when you use multiple cameras. You should be able to import and align but only assuming your DSLR 360 photo sees the same features/edges captured by a Pro2. Just do not expect it will come with your original resolution. Matterport downscales imported 360 to 8K before processing them through Cortex.

It would benefit from some tool tips to explain what each function does. However your explanation video idea is a great idea. 4 monthsTaylorC (13): OK,I was able to get unstuck. I had to remove the middle post from the tripod, remove the rubber cap at the bottom of the middle post to see inside the post. There is a bolt head at the base of the middle of where the camera rests. This bolt is a 13mm and you will need at the least a 12" extension of a socket wrench. Doing this will remove the middle post from the camera leaving the plate on the camera. I will be getting a quick release...

5 monthsWingman (4339): I am doing ones with 300-450 scan points(pubs and hotels) now and it is really stuffing my iPad Pro 2020. I have to delete almost all jobs from the Capture app just to scan quick and even for trimming. From another point I have not updated the camera firmware and probably the app for a few months. May be it will get faster with updating.

I have a Quest Pro, this gave me the idea to try and scan with it. I'll let you know how it turns out. Although, I don't think it's recommended to take the quest outside.
