I once called to do a 3D tour which in fact was an attempt by an agent to re-do the tour because their regular photographer who just bought a Pro2 did a very bad job for them. That's the average lising agents contract with the seller. If you're using a Pro 3 I would be sure to mention it. I use a pro 2, but have a competitor in my market that use a Theta Z1. A while back, I compared Zillow, Cubicasa, and Matterport against the actual appraiser's floor Plan for a big house. I found that Zillow's measurements were on average 1% larger, Cubicasa was 1% smaller, and Matterport's floor plan was 12% smaller for the appraiser's room dimensions.
