| I'm not a rookie with the camera or the Workshop BUUT.... I completed my highlight reel and published THEN I looked at the results and no Highlight Reel on the published work. I went back into Workshop Legacy and the highlight reel was turned OFF. ALSO, the photos I used for the reel are in the Assets and won't drag over to make a new reel. Any ideas on what I can do to either recover my work or get the photos back over to be selected for the reel? Also I don't want the same to keep me in the same loop..... Can I avoid this occurring once again? Your Advice is definitely appreciated I want to keep Vaping (3 yrs) and stay of tobacco over this. Thanks, Mikey |

| In workshop Legacy. Selected snapshots and also downloaded these. Completed HL Reel. Ensured box was opened. Published. Then opened Model on Mymatterport. Highlight reel no seen. Opened up model and snapshots I didn't select remained above and HL reel empty. Snapshots in the Assets column on the left but since already selected into the non-existent HL reel they weren't able to be dragged into the highlight creation box. Mike |

| Also to note, The New Workshop I haven't yet used since July 1 2019. I just signed in for this but I am still stuck at the same point I was. I hope the 2 attachment pics I sent will help. Mikey |
