| Hi I purchase an Anual Cloud Plan from June 22,2018 to June 22, 2019. I was waiting for these last days to purchase Month July, 2019, so I could start a Monthly payment. If you see the attached image, Billed monthly is activated. How come they did the anual purchase without consulting me?  |
