Screen Grabs courtesy of Peterborough, England-based Imagineer Angus Norriss (@AngusNorriss) Hi All, The WGAN Forum Question of the Day for Tuesday, 11 June 2019: When creating a Matterport Highlight Reel, how do you like to transition between floors? A. Using the stairs to walk up or down the stairs? B. Using the Dollhouse View? C. Using the Floor Plan View? D. In Slide Show View using a SnapShot? E. Using a 360º View? F. Other? (Brownie points: And why?) Best, Dan |

I always use the walkthrough and to switch between floors I go - 1st Dollhouse View - 2nd Floorplan View - Then inside view |

It varies a little depending upon the home, but usually I’m with @MeshImages on this. Dollhouse makes a good floor transition and sometimes then the floor plan view. In larger homes I like to fly out to the dollhouse view periodically to help the viewer to grasp where they are or just were in the home. I even do this sometimes halfway through a single floor tour for the same reason. |
