| Dee! She has done so many things for me! Moved scans that ended up in the wrong room, combined two spaces when I couldn't connect two floors so I started a new space for the other floor and like magic she made them into one. Also recently she combined scans and 360's to join a She-Shack to the house when it wasn't working out for me. Amir used to also help a lot but I think he has moved on to another position or something. And of course like Ron said I have learned a lot from WGAN! | ||

| Honestly, I’ve been pleased with Matterport’s support staff. Sometimes I wish to get a reply a bit quicker, but on the rare occasion I’ve had an “on site” issue I’ve usually gotten through to them for help. As for less urgent issues, problems are generally solved the first time. So let me give a “Thank You” call-out to Christine, Amir, Adrienne, Gina, Marcus and I’m sure I’ve forgotten others. Thank you all. |
