| Has anyone noticed that Matterport is taking forever to send our downloaded zip files (photographs) . It has been close to 45 minutes for something that normally takes 1 minute. | ||

| Shouldn’t take that long. I’d request the photos again. Worst case scenario you get them sent to you twice. Won’t cost you anything. | ||

| Requested them 3 times, from both old and new workshops, spoken to support they don't know anything, said would send me an email with downloaded images if they could get it to work. Still waiting 30 minutes later. It has been an interesting two days, I wonder if Matterport will pay for my lost time  |
