| Hi All, A WGAN Member just emailed me: "i just did a job, made duplicate copy went home to upload and my original and duplicate are gone. Disappeared from the app Have you heard about this happening. Thanks [Redacted] -- If this has happened to you, what did you do to solve the puzzle? I have not heard of this challenged. Thanks, Dan |

| Yes, it happened to me about a year ago. I notified Matterport and other users at the time. Matterport had corrected the issue. Are you current on all firmware? If so, seems like the problem may have returned. | ||

I did receive these additional details: --- Thank you for the Quick reply This was simple 1500 square-foot home three levels 70 scans I always duplicate after about 15 scans so when I duplicate I have two duplicates and original I Delete the older duplicate I follow really strict protocol to avoid any issues It’s just has literally disappeared without a trace --- I wonder if this is a known issue?
