Option 1: extract wide-angle views from the 360º photos within Nodalview Option 2: shoot with a Nodalview wide-angle lens I shot both options (above). Based on both workflow and results, my choice is Option 1: extract wide-angle views from the 360º photos within Nodalview I base my recommendation on the following: Workflow ✓ Easier to carry and use one fish-eye lens attachment for your smartphone ✓ Less things to think about Results ✓ the dimensions of the wide-angle extracted images look best ✓ I can "tweak" the exact view in post production (extract the view I want) Tips: ✓ If you are going to extract 2D photos from the 360º views, shoot 360º from the corners of the room for maximum view of the space. (I did NOT do that in the above examples.) ✓ Likely place the camera lower to make the space look bigger. (In the examples above, I already placed the camera lower to make the room look bigger in the Nodalview 360º Tour Your thoughts? Note: No stitching errors Best, Dan Related WGAN Forum Discussions ✓ Borrow a Nodalview 360º Kit from the WGAN 360 Camera Loaner Program ✓ All WGAN Forum discussions tagged: Nodalview |
