| Hello fellow Matterport user members. I have had a potential client, that has asked me the following questions, and I was wondering, how you respond to these questions when asked? I would appreciate any feedback on how you would reply. • Who has ownership of the file once completed? • Will we be given the file or a copy to use offline? • Could we see a copy of the terms & conditions if there are any? You might probe about why they are asking about ownership. It's likely that licensing the use of the Matterport 3D Tour concurrent with your hosting plan will meet their needs. While Matterport would likely say something like you own the copyright, but you can only use the Matterport 3D Tour subject to their Terms of Use. I would never tell a Client that they own it. They would think that they could host it themselves, which is not possible under the Matterport Terms of Use. There are two three ways to "give" a Client a Matterport 3D Tour: ✓ via a link (either Matterport or a 3rd Party Service such as WP3D Models or MPEmbed ✓ via iFrame embed code (either Matterport or a 3rd Party Service such as WP3D Models or MPEmbed ✓ via Matterport Showcase iOS app Matterport 3D Tours are subject to these Matterport Agreements Please note that I am not a lawyer.
